It is important for hoteliers to collect reviews on their websites

TravelDailyNews.com recently published an interview with Karen Plumb, TripAdvisor's Senior Director of Sales, Strategy, Business Listings, entitled 'It is important for hoteliers to collect reviews on their websites'. The post consists of 6 questions following the launch of TripAdvsor's Review Collection Solution, which allows hotels to collect reviews directly from guests following their stay and integrates the system with the hotel's own website; something that Dialogue is already doing.
